Mr. Rich Beckman - Director

Mr. Beckman has a distinguished 22 year career in Management Consulting where he has advised a diversity of global Fortune 500 companies on developing technology-enabled business transformation strategies. In particular, his expertise focuses on identifying the value of investing in new technology, working extensively with business leaders to ensure their use of technology enables the achievement of strategic business goals and objectives. Early in his consulting career, Mr. Beckman studied to become a certified behavioral analyst, applying these unique skills throughout his career, especially in the area of identifying the business impact of change on people and organizations. He currently serves as a Partner for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), residing in Atlanta with his wife of 23 years, Kari, and their eight children.

Fr. Peter Idler - Director

Fr. Peter Idler has been a priest since 1997 and studied at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome while in residence at the North American College. He was ordained a deacon at St. Peter's Basilica in Rome and a priest at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Camden, NJ.  Fr. Idler had previously served at St. Rose of Lima from July to November in 2002. His previous assignments were St. Patrick's in Woodbury, NJ, Immaculate Conception in Bridgetown, NJ, worked in Puerto Rico as an assistant to a retired cardinal (Aponte Martinez), and was a Hospital Chaplin. Fr. Idler returned to St. Rose of Lima at the end of February 2013. The beauty of the mass, first experienced as an alter boy, inspired him to become a priest. 
 Fr. Idler grew up in East Brunswick, NJ and attended St. Joesph's High School in Metuchen, NJ. He enjoys reading, science fiction, soccer, and playing with his cat Carmelo. In addition to English, Fr. Idler can speak Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.

Mr. Daniel Saegaert - Director

Dan Saegaert is originally from Connecticut where he grew up in a loving, Catholic home. Following high school, he served four years active duty in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician (AT). He subsequently moved to Atlanta in 1989 after completing his military service where he began working for Delta Air Lines, Inc. as an avionics mechanic. Throughout his career Dan has held various technical, safety, operational, and managerial posts. Today he is a pilot and instructor on the Boeing 717 aircraft for Delta. He holds a bachelors degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and brings his work experience, business acumen, and a deep Catholic faith to the Board of Directors.  Dan’s bride of 17 years is a Regina Caeli tutor and his three children are students on the Atlanta campus. Dan has served on the Board of Directors since 2011. He and his family reside in Locust Grove, Georgia.


Very Reverend Norbert J. Maduzia, Jr., E.V., D.Min - Director

Fr. Norbert serves as pastor of St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church, Spring, Texas, and is the Episcopal Vicar of the Northern Vicariate of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. Fr. Maduzia began his priestly ministry in the area of Secondary Education as teacher, chaplain, student council moderator and assistant principal at an all boys Catholic high school. Father was ordained to the priesthood in 1982 and has served as a pastor in the Archdiocese since 1991. As an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Theology at St. Mary’s Seminary, Houston, Father has taught various classes and practicums in the area of Sacred Liturgy. He was Vice-President and President of the Board of Directors for the National Organization for the Continuing Education of Roman Catholic Priests (NOCERCC). Along with his responsibilities as Co-Chair for the Ongoing Formation of Priests in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, Fr. Maduzia is a member of the Archdiocesan Building Commission.

Fr. Augustine Tran - Director

Father Tran was born in Saigon, Vietnam and immigrated to the United States in 1974 with his parents. He grew up in Springfield, Illinois. Although he was baptized a Catholic as an infant, he was not raised in a religious household, so he considered himself an atheist throughout his high school and undergraduate years. While in graduate school at Georgia Tech, he had a profound conversion experience and received the sacraments of initiation in 1991. He entered the seminary in 1993 and was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Atlanta in 1998. Since then, he has served as a parochial vicar at St. Theresa's in Douglasville, St. Thomas More in Decatur, and All Saints in Dunwoody. He currently teaches theology at Blessed Trinity Catholic High School in Roswell and resides at St. Monica's in Duluth.

Fr. Joshua Allen - Director

Father Allen is a native of Georgia. He grew up in Roswell and after
college lived in both Villa Rica and Atlanta. He is a graduate of
Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Management. He also
completed one year of studies at Georgia Tech for a Master in
Economics before his job made it impossible to continue. Fr. Allen
worked for six years as a private equity analyst for a firm based in
Atlanta and in Washington, D.C. before applying for and being accepted into
seminary. He studied for two years at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary in Emmitsburg, MD. The following five years he spent in Rome, Italy at the Pontifical North American College. During that time, he earned both a Baccalaureate of Sacred Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University and a License in Sacred Theology in Patristics. Fr. Allen was ordained in 2011 for the Archdiocese of Atlanta, spending his first year of priesthood in Rome finishing his License. Following that, he was assigned as the Parochial Vicar of St. Brigid Catholic Church in Johns Creek. He is now Chaplain at the Georgia Tech Catholic Center.

Fr. Neil Dhabliwala - Director

Father Dhabliwala was formerly the pastor at St.Luke Catholic Church in Dahlonega and is currently the pastor of St. Catherine of Siena Church in Kennesaw. He was born in Toronto, Ontario,Canada, and attended St. Pius X High School. Fr. Neil graduated from Georgia Tech and worked in information technology briefly before he began to hear a call from God toward the priesthood. He received his Master in Divinity and Master of Arts in Moral Theology from Mount St. Mary’s Seminary and was ordained May 31, 2008.  His favorite quote is by Saint Teresa of Calcutta: “God does not call us to be successful but to be faithful.” He most admires Pope Benedict XVI, mothers and fathers.
