Paula Barroso has been an integral part of Regina Caeli Academy of Dallas, Texas since 2022, starting as an assistant in the 6th grade before stepping into the role of leading the 6th grade. This year, she is teaching a diverse array of subjects, including Sacraments & Apologetics, Anatomy & Physiology, Biology, and First and Second Form Latin.

Mrs. Barroso’s teaching style stands out for her deep understanding and compassion for her students. Her ability to break down complex concepts and present them in a way that is easy to grasp has earned her the admiration of many. As one of her students, Lucy G., shares, "I love Mrs. Barroso. She explains things in a way that makes sense to me, and she has so much understanding and compassion for her students. She’s the best!"

In addition to her remarkable teaching skills, Mrs. Barroso is also known for her warmth and dedication to both her students and colleagues. Jorja Baumgarten, the Center Coordinator of Operations, says, “I never get tired of talking to Mrs. Barroso, she has so many interesting experiences and knowledge to share. She always takes the time to help her students and is always so well prepared. She’s truly such a blessing to her students and fellow staff alike!”

Paula Barroso’s impact at RCA goes beyond just teaching; she fosters a supportive and engaging environment where students feel encouraged to grow and learn. Her passion for education, paired with her nurturing attitude, makes her a truly special and valued member of the RCA community.
